Youth Bridge Trust

Elize joined Youth Bridge Trust in April 2021 to support them to set up a new Sustainability Literacy Program for Youth in the Green Economy.

Youth Bridge Trust (YBT)`s vision is to build Africa`s Future Generation and their mission is to empowers youth in Africa to fulfill their full potential in the future of work, shifting Africa to a prosperous future.

These series of Green Economy workshops were l hosted in 2022 by the Institute for African Alternatives (IFAA) is an independent Pan African organisation committed to the development of alternative social and economic policies in South Africa, the rest of the continent and the world. 

IFFA offices at the Community House

This introduction to the Green Economy workshop was held in August 2022 in collaboration with the  Institute for African Alternatives (IFFA) to expose unemployed youth in South Africa to start green businesses and help them to solve community challenges.

University of the Western Cape

This was an in person workshop held in September 2022 by IFFA to expose graduates at the University of the Western Cape, South Africa to consider green careers.
