Kimsha holds a Bachelor's degree Geography and Environmental Management and is from KZN, Durban. She is the founder and CEO of Nqoba Green Solutions. Her business is in ideation phase and she is developing cutting edge new green technology.
"It has been empowering, informative and encouraging, It helped me as a start up entrepreneur. I aim to get investors and confidently move in the direction of my goal for a better future for humankind and the environment".
About us
Nqoba Green Solutions provides fish and vegetation grown with aquaponics. We specialize in either mercury-free tuna, or marron fresh-water crayfish, depending on demand.

Tshwarelo Malatji
Tshwarelo holds a BSc honors in Biology with Botany. He is the proud owner of LiquiDays, a 100% black-owned company.
"The Green Economy Academy is very informative and so educational as well as helping in paving a career. The knowledge helped me to develop new ideas of how to build my own water purification business. I am now offering access to clean drinking water for my local community in a rural part of South Africa".
About us
LiquiDays offers clean drinking water to universities. They do not use plastic, but refillable boxes made from sustainable packaging.

Sibongile Sithole
Sibongile is an Electrical Engineering in South Africa and runs her own 100% youth- and female-owned enterprise called MLPC Projects.
"I see my business ,growing and making enough profit. I am motivated, learning and using all the resources wisely. The course helped me to look at how I can provide sustainable and affordable energy via solar panels to poor communities".
About us:
MLPC Projects helps property development companies to save water, cost and time in a sustainable way by installing solar powered pumps and solar powered geyser with a smart sensor to monitor water usage and leakages. The sensor will send an alert when any leakages happens and you can monitor water usage in your smart phone through our app.

Ripfumelo Macevele
Ripfumelo is an Environmental Assessment Practitioner. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Sciences and he is the CEO of Khomisanani Environmental Services.
"I acquired new knowledge on how to get my business running and sustainable. The Green Economy Academy assisted me to identify a niche in promoting water conservation through innovative ecotourism ideas".
