The aim of this module is to provide a knowledge base of Sustainable Development. Students will gain sufficient knowledge to understand the importance of South Africa`s decarbonisation efforts. An overview of Green Economy Policy is provided. The Fundamentals of Sustainability module is a foundation module designed to help students make a connection between human activity and the environment; and the science behind climate change.
